To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all packaging intact. If you’ve had a chance to build something with our blocks and found them to be defective, please reach out to us. We value quality, and your feedback helps us improve.

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
3. Pack Your Return: Carefully package the items you are returning, including all original materials. Write the RAN clearly on the outside of the package to ensure it is processed correctly.
4. Ship the Package: Send your return to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
